MacDonald Plumbing Supplies offers free* delivery on all orders over £50.00 + VAT
*We have a separate pricing structure for items under the brand Eastbrook Direct and pricing is as follows:
Multipanel Direct orders have a flat rate delivery charge of £40 + VAT (£48 Inc VAT) and will be added to any other delivery charge(s) if multiple items are added to the basket.
We have these costs in place due to the size, weight and/or fragility of the item and will be hand delivered direct by the supplier to 95% of the UK.
*Standard orders under £50 + VAT will incur a delivery charge of £5 + VAT for delivery within our UK Mainland delivery areas
Returning Direct items
If you would like the supplier to collect any items that are not needed, there would be a collection and re-handling charge of 25% per item and a charge of £45 + VAT.
The £45 + VAT would be per collection, not per invoice or item.
The handling charges would also increase depending on the date from delivery to collection, 25% is for anything collected within 1 month of delivery to site. Anything over 2 months would be more than the 25% and again for 3, 4, 5 months etc and you would be notified when contacting us.
Delivery Cut Off
Our cut off is at 3pm (Monday to Friday) for items that are in stock and state the next working day delivery on the product page.
All deliveries that leave our warehouse are tracked by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Some items will be delivered directly by the supplier and these will be stated on the product page. Sometimes items that are showing in stock may also be delivered by the supplier, because of this we will not have any tracking references.
Certain outlying areas may take longer to arrive due to courier restrictions/timescales.
Further delivery charges may apply for standard parcels being delivered to remote locations and offshore islands, please refer to the checkout page for a list of affected postcodes.
As we use 3rd party delivery agents MacDonald Plumbing Supplies cannot 100% guarantee that all deliveries will be the next working day. MacDonald Plumbing Supplies will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use or loss of an opportunity.
