Stainless steel press-fit fittings ensure and efficient and heat free installation technique combined with a high performance.

 

Installation Instructions

  • 1. Ensure the copper tube is cut squarely.
  • 2. Deburr the pipe internally and externally to form a smooth edge.
  • 3. Check that the ‘O’ ring of the fitting is seated correctly and free from impurities.
  • 4. Do not use jointing compound, oil or grease.
  • 5. Insert the tube to the full depth of the socket.
  • 6. Clearly mark the tube at full depth.
  • 7. Aline the fitting with the jaw of the tool correctly.
  • 8. Make the press connection, using a suitable M profile jaw.

Returning Direct items

If you would like the supplier to collect any items that are not needed, there would be a collection and re-handling charge of 25% per item and a charge of £45 + VAT (The £45 + VAT would be per collection, not per invoice or item.)

 

The handling charges would also increase depending on the date from delivery to collection, 25% is for anything collected within 1 month of delivery to site. Anything over 2 months would be more than the 25% and again for 3, 4, 5 months etc and you would be notified when contacting us.
