Delivery Information for MacDonald Plumbing Supplies

MacDonald Plumbing Supplies is pleased to offer free* delivery for all orders exceeding £50.00 + VAT.

Our "In Stock - Next working day delivery" is not a guaranteed next day service. If your order is placed before 3 pm (Monday to Friday) and is complete, the item(s) will leave our warehouse the same night.

Your order will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. Please note that this service relies on the Royal Mail network from Aberdeenshire to your local sorting/delivery office. As we use third-party delivery agents, MacDonald Plumbing Supplies cannot guarantee 100% next working day deliveries. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience, including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation, customers, use, or opportunities.

While approximately 90 - 95% of our orders typically arrive the next day, during busy periods like Christmas, with an increase in parcels and letters, there may be a slight delay.

Please note. Orders with mixed delivery dates will be sent out complete on the latest date unless you contact us via your email confirmation to amend this.

*Standard orders under £50 + VAT will incur a delivery charge of £5 + VAT for delivery within our UK Mainland delivery areas.

Please be aware that we no longer deliver to the Channel Islands.

*Until further notice all of our Eastbrook items will be delivered anywhere in England, Scotland & Wales (Mainland only) FREE OF CHARGE

Multipanel Direct orders have a flat rate delivery charge of £40 + VAT (£48 Inc VAT), which will be added to any other delivery charges if multiple items are added to the basket.

Gastite Direct orders have a flat rate delivery charge of £8.50 +VAT (£10.20 Inc VAT), which will be added to any other delivery charges if multiple items are added to the basket.

Worcester Bosch Spares orders have a flat rate delivery charge of £8.50 +VAT (£10.20 Inc VAT), which will be added to any other delivery charges if multiple items are added to the basket.

 These charges are in place due to the size, weight, and/or fragility of the item, and 95% of the UK will have these items hand-delivered directly by the supplier.

Returning Direct items

If you wish for the supplier to collect any unnecessary items, there will be a collection and re-handling charge of 25% per item and a charge of £45 + VAT per collection (not per invoice or item). Handling charges increase based on the time from delivery to collection.

Gastite Direct (Bespoke cut coils/lengths) are NON RETURNABLE

Our current "direct" suppliers include Eastbrook, Multipanel Direct, Gledhill, Gastite Direct, Worcester Bosch Spares and any goods originally delivered straight from the supplier.

Delivery Cut Off

Our cut-off time is 3 pm (Monday to Friday) for in-stock items with next working day delivery stated on the product page. Deliveries are tracked by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and some items may be delivered directly by the supplier.

Certain outlying areas may experience longer delivery times due to courier restrictions/timescales.
