The MacPress Female Coupling 15mm x ½ – GAS is designed to connect 15mm copper pipe to ½ BSP female threaded components, specifically for gas applications. Featuring a yellow gas O-ring and compliance with BS EN 1254-7 standards. Backed by a 20-year warranty. 

Installation Instructions for Press Fittings
 
1. Ensure the copper tube is cut squarely.
2. Deburr the pipe internally and externally to form a smooth edge.
3. Check that the ‘O’ ring of the fitting is seated correctly and free from impurities.
4. Do not use jointing compound, oil or grease.
5. Insert the tube to the full depth of the socket.
6. Clearly mark the tube at full depth.
7. Aline the fitting with the jaw of the tool correctly.
8. Make the press connection, using a suitable M profile jaw.
