Product Reviews for MacShock ½ Water Shock Arrestor - Diaphragm

Great service and terrific prices

I am saving over half versus Plumb centre and they dont care!!   I showed them the price and was told these must be crap I ordered from you after they refused to match as it isnt like for like   Delivery arrived, these are perfect and I wont be getting ripped off from them again I just looked at other prices and you are lots cheaper on just about everything!   Will be ordering every week Well done chaps

My first experience was poor! I ordered my parts for next day and no show.   Chased this after 48hrs and was sent DPD Tracking showing delivery It wasnt my house & turned out to over 150m away from my house and of course no one can find it   This resulted in me having to pick up from city plumbing and was pretty inconvenient The office re-sent using Royal Mail & the order then arrived next day. They were very helpful to be fair   My feedback is that if you say next day, it should be next day as my work depends on it!!   The materials were good & prices are also good but I would hesitate to recommend if you can't deliver next day   Arron   Hi Arron   Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your frustration and patience. Glad we fulfilled the order in the end, although late.    From time to time, this can happen - Unfortunately we are at the mercy of DPD and Royal Mail and they don't offer a guaranteed next day service.    We would say if your job absolutely depends on it arriving next day, then please pick up local for certainty. 98%+ arrive but its always the one thats ciritical that ends up late   I am really sorry we let you down and I really hope you will consider trying us again in the future   Thank you    Paul
