Its advanced dry lubricant formula reduces drag, wear and friction during pressing and crimping, resulting in smoother jaw movement and more uniform connections across pipe fittings and electrical terminals.
Unlike petroleum-based alternatives, Press Mate Pro is formulated with natural oils that are safe for seals and O-rings, preventing degradation and maintaining the integrity of fittings. This makes it a safer and more reliable choice for ongoing tool maintenance.
Application is simple and controlled. A small amount goes a long way, with just 2 to 3 drops applied to the jaw contact points or fittings. For optimal performance, jaws should be lubricated every 50 cycles for sizes up to 76mm, or every 5 to 10 cycles for larger sizes between 80mm and 108mm. Regular cleaning and inspection during lubrication helps remove debris and ensures consistent operation.

I applied as instructed, gave my jaws a little rub with a cloth & then I added another couple of drops for luck
