The Speedfit 15mm Double Check Valve is designed to prevent the backflow of potentially contaminated water, offering reliable fluid category 3 protection. Its push-fit connection enables rapid, tool-free installation and easy demounting, saving time and effort on site. Compatible with both copper and plastic pipe systems, this compact valve is ideal for domestic and commercial plumbing setups, offering a flame-free and secure fitting without the need for glue or solder. Not suitable for central heating.

Ensure clean, safe water with the Speedfit 15mm Double Check Valve. Specially engineered to stop backflow in hot and cold water systems, this valve is ideal for applications such as washing machines, outside taps and basin feeds where category 3 protection is required. The valve uses Speedfit’s trusted push-fit technology for an easy, fast connection—no tools, glue, or hot works needed.

The valve incorporates a double check mechanism to stop reverse water flow and features the Grip & Seal™ collet system, combining stainless steel teeth with an O-Ring seal for a secure and leak-free connection. It is compatible with copper, PEX, and polybutylene pipework (inserts required for plastic pipes). Although this version is not WRAS approved, it is still a reliable option for general backflow prevention in non-potable water circuits.
