tub was burst in my box

I was disappointed with how my order arrived

My Boss White tub was burst in the box on arrival. Luckily it had been bagged in a poly bag or it would have made a big mess

I have placed a lot of orders and this is the first time I have an issue but please look at packing these better in future

Thank you

Morning Bilal
Thank you for your review & please accept my apologies for this happening. As per Email I have organised a replacement tub & spoken to our team about how we send this product out going forward On review of the product, the tubs really aren't that robust so we are going to look at boxing these as well as bagging (We bag them because the oil can often seep out)
Sorry for the error & thanks for the feedback... We will do it better in the future because of this

Thanks
