MacControl Dual Channel Programmer is a mains powered digital programmer designed to provide flexible time based control of central heating and hot water systems. With independent channels for heating and hot water, it allows installers and homeowners to create schedules suited to their daily routines. The programmer is compatible with gravity fed and fully pumped systems, including S plan and Y plan configurations. Multiple programming options, three ON/OFF periods per channel, holiday mode, frost protection and useful override functions provide precise and convenient control for modern residential heating systems.

MacControl Dual Channel Programmer provides flexible and straightforward control of central heating and hot water systems through separate heating and hot water channels. Designed for residential heating applications, it is suitable for both gravity fed and fully pumped systems and can be configured for S plan and Y plan installations.

The programmer is mains powered at 230V and offers three ON/OFF periods per day for each channel. Users can choose between 1 day, 5+2 day and 7 day programming options, providing flexibility for different household routines. Operating modes include ON, ONCE, AUTO and OFF, allowing the system to be adjusted easily when required.

MacControl Dual Channel Programmer features an LCD display with icons and backlighting, while touch buttons with visual feedback provide straightforward navigation through the settings. An Advance function allows the next programmed ON or OFF event to be brought forward, while the +1Hr Boost function can temporarily extend the ON period for up to 9 hours in one hour increments.

Frost protection can be adjusted from OFF to 20°C in 0.5°C increments, helping activate the heating when the room temperature falls below the selected setting. Holiday Mode can turn both channels off for between 0 and 60 days before automatically returning to the normal programme.

The programmer also supports manual 12 or 24 hour time display, date settings and optional automatic daylight saving time adjustment. System setup allows the installer to select P mode for fully pumped systems or G mode for gravity fed systems, with G mode linking central heating to hot water operation.
