Suppliers

Our suppliers are our high risk area, however, we endeavour to work closely with our national and international suppliers to ensure products we source have originated from a manufacturing process that respects all aspects of the modern slavery act.

Policies

  1. We will implement a number of internal policies to ensure we conduct business in an ethical and transparent manner. These will include: Not tolerating slavery or human trafficking in any part of the business and committing to ensure it does not occur in our supply chain. - If we suspect a supplier of facilitating modern slavery or human trafficking we shall cease trading with them and inform the relevant authorities immediately.
  2. We shall review our purchases to understand their nature, including contractors and consultants.
  3. When recruiting we shall implement a robust process, to include eligibility to working in the UK checks, to ensure no individuals are being human trafficked or forced to work against their will.
  4. The above will initially be communicated orally and by email to staff and will immediately be updated annually.
